Thanks for landing here! I’m Leigh Hopkinson, a journalist and editor.

My work has appeared in publications including Australian Geographic, Wilderness, Overland, Kill Your Darlings, The Guardian and The Australian. My first book, Two Decades Naked, was published by Hachette in 2016.

I have an Associate Degree in Professional Writing and Editing from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the University of Canterbury. I’m represented by Melanie Ostell Literary.
